American pop star Beyoncé Knowles recognized a lot of women on her website for creating their own ways yesterday as the world celebrated International women’s day. Among the list include Elsa Majimbo who was over the moon to realize she was one of the women recognized by the pop star.

Majimbo has enjoyed recognition with several icons, among them singer and fashion mogul Rihanna. In December 2020, Majimbo could not hide her joy after sharing a screenshot showing Rihanna’s verified page following her. Majimbo got to work with Rihanna’s Fenty rand and used her comical skills to market a variety of Rihanna’s sunglasses, while joking about being the pop star’s best friend.

Majimbo satirical monologues usually feature her crunching potato crisps, leaning back to a pillow and using a pair of tiny 1990s sunglasses as a prop. She gained recognition during the Covid 19 quarantine period by making homebased funny quarantine videos.

By the end of the year, she had got endorsement from both Fenty and MAC and she recently bagged herself yet another achievement by partnering with luxury brand Valentino.
