Reigning Miss South Africa Shudufhadzo Musida Front Runner For Miss World Crown
South African model Shudufhadzo Musida has been described as a front runner in the 70th Miss World Beauty pageant. Shudufhazo who was crowned Miss South Africa 2020.
Peagantry site Missosology described Shudufhadzo as having a profile that better suits the Miss World pageant. The platform also noted that being the reigning Miss South Africa gave her better chances of winning the Miss World peagant.
“Shudu’s profile better suits the Miss World pageant and by sending the main winner to Miss World will surely earn additional brownie points for South Africa,” a post on the site says.
Missosology also pointed out that Shudu’s sexuality made her a frontrunner as well as her advocacy for children and women empowerment.
“Leading the race at the moment is the stunning Shudufhadzo Musida of South Africa. The 24-year-old advocate for children and women empowerment as well as mental health zoomed to the top of the rankings the moment she was officially announced as the Rainbow Nation’s representative to Miss World,”said Missosology
The 24 year old model boasts of a bright mind, having studied at the University of Pretoria where she earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Before winning Miss South Africa, she was completing an Honors degree in International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand.
The pageant was supposed to celebrate its 70th edition last year but had to move plans to the latter part of 2021 due to the pandemic. The site gave their top picks for the crown and listed the top 5 as follows:
