South African beauties have not been left behind. Actress Buhle Samuels took to Instagram to post a video of herself participating in he challenge. The video starts with Buhle dancing in a white robe and later being seen as a curvy black figure with the iconic red lights behind her.

The hashtag #silhouettechallenge has amassed almost 100 million views at the time of writing. It’s not known who first started the trend, but it’s taking social media by storm.
