‘Queen Sono’ Pearl Thusi Joins Unisa for Higher Education

Mzansi media personality Pearl Thusi is back in the headlines again. This time round in a very positive way.

The 31 year old has enrolled at University of South Africa (Unisa).

Pearl was initially a drama student at Wits University, but paused her studies so she could concentrate on her career in the entertainment industry.

It is however unclear whether this is the same course she will be pursuing at her new home.

Announcing news of her enrollment on Twitter, Pearl wrote, ”Oh wow. I’m a student again.”

She initially expressed her struggles completing the application process, but that was soon sorted out.
