On thursday morning, snake catchers were called to a farm in Canelands, just north of Durban, to deal with a reptile that was terrorising chicken.
In a viral video, snake catcher Jason Arnold of Universal Reptiles and Kevin Valoo of security company Reaction Unit South Africa are seen catching a 2-metre long snake black mamba.
Jason bravely finds the snake in its hiding place and grabs it. Kevin meanwhiles provides logistical support.
It is unclear what will happen to the snake, but we assume it will be released back into the wild.
