While Mzansi was focused on Somizi and Mohale’s wedding, another celebrity couple tied the knot this weekend in a seemingly surprise ceremony.
Artist Priddy Ugly and actress/dancer Bontle Modiselle also tied the knot this Saturday, catching most people off guard.
Hip hop artist Solo was among the guests, and he broke the news to his Twitter followers.
”All love and blessings to @ItsPriddyUgly and @BontleModiselle. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate your union with you. You’re both amazing people and deserve all the happiness in the world,” he wrote.

The couple has been together for 10 years and is almost starting a family, with an August announcement that they are expecting their first child. TshisaLive recently reported that Priddy proposed in 2015, but the two had held off proceeding with the formalities.
“I proposed in 2015 and in February last year our families met and I paid lobola for her. We just haven’t done the formal ceremony yet,” said Priddy.
