[tps_header]The standard of new apartments in Cape Town and South Africa in general is improving greatly.
The latest luxury apartment building is The Duke, located on the corner of Hans Strijdom Avenue and Lower Heerengracht in Cape Town.
Construction is underway and by the end of October 2019, two floors will be ready for occupation. In total, there will be 81 apartments once the whole project is complete.
The building was designed by by architect Lisa Rorich, who also designed the world-famous Singita Lodge in the Serengeti, Tanzania.
Some of the features of the property are a rooftop deck and pool, and some incredible views of the city.

The finishing is top quality with some of the best features you will find anywhere in the city. From the polished concrete floors, to the Calacatta marble vanity tops and granite countertops, to the floor to ceiling windows, you can expect the best of everything.
Prices will range from R1.29 million for a 31 square metre studio, to R2.45 million for a 62 square metre one-bedroom apartment.
