In a recent post, Dr Winnie Mashaba expressed how she would have loved her mum and gogo to witness her newest milestone. On Sunday morning, 28 February, the gospel legend released her album titled Moporofeta Jeremiah.
“This is the moment when I wish my grandma and mother were still with us to witness this milestone of being granted the opportunity to fly as my own record label. However, I will forever be grateful that they didn’t leave me on the streets, but in the house of the Lord, Yes! Speaking to Mahikeng FM on Sunday morning, she said she released the album under her own recording label, Ntswako Projects. Her fans could not be happier as they expressed their gratitude for the album.
Facebook user Lindiwe Nondala wrote: “Dr Winnie the spirit of your mum and grandmum are alive, and the same spirit is the one that keeps u going. The holy spirit so your mother and grandmother. They are alive and guiding u with Jesus. Amen.”
Lisolethu Mbasha wrote: “I have loved your music, Dr Winnie since I was young. I always stayed in front of the TV listening to your songs and imagining myself singing like you. That time I was a Sunday school girl but I still love your songs, mommy.”
