John Vuli’gate is the anthem of the season but Themba Maseko is hoping to change this. The 27 year old singer, popularly known as Tee M Bee has released a new track thats the opposite of John Vuli’gate – John Vali’gate, literally calling for the gates to be closed.
The artist said that opposing the hit song ‘John Vuli’gate’ was unintentional and that they are only trying to produce good music.
The upcoming artist explained that there was a lot of chemistry and bromance in the studio when the song was being recorded.
“My friend Darker just started freestyling and we posted a video and posted it on social media. Next thing we know we are everywhere,” he explained.
The singer hopes that the song will get him deserved recognition as he feels that he has a lot to offer. He says he is working on an extended play which he is set to release in January. The extended play will have amapiano and gqom influences.
