South Africa is blessed to have what is widely considered to be one of the most luxurious train services in the world: The Blue Train.
The train runs about 1600 km from Pretoria to Cape Town. For a minimum rate of R20,615 in 2020 low season, you get the full package. Luxury suites, candle lit dinner, bath tub, private entertainment system etc. It’s very hard to imagine some of those ammenities can be on a moving locomotive.
The Blue Train is on many people’s bucket list, and one of those was Terry Pheto.
The actress ticked it off her bucketlist this weekend, and posted pictures on Instagram.
“A bucket list journey that’s worth ticking over and over again. Nothing beats #thebluetrainexperience,” she wrote.
