PHOTOS – Black Coffee Teams Up With Formula 1, Attends Belgium Grand Prix

South African DJ Black Coffee was on Sunday a special guest of Formula 1, as he attended the Belgium Grand Prix.

The entertainer was joined by his sons, and mingled with majors stars of the sport. He revealed that this was his first time in any Grand Prix.

Black Coffee was not just a stand visitor, but was granted access to the garage and even the pit stops.

In a press statement, the 43 year old said, “It was my first time at Formula 1 and what an amazing experience for me and my sons. My highlight was being in the McLaren garage and experiencing the pit stop, I even managed to record it on video, it was insane! We are so happy to have experienced this day with Formula 1.”

Hi son Anesu has been Go Kart racing since he was four years old, and perhaps there’s a future for him in the sport. Black Coffee said he hopes to see the sport in South Africa soon.

On Instagram, the record producer wrote, ”Amazing day @f1 with the @mclaren team in Belgium.

F1 followed up with a reply, ”Great to see you… and a future star in the making?”
