How to play the Greece Powerball

You can participate in the Greece powerball from any part of the world, including South Africa.

The first step is finding an online vendor.

To play, select 5 number from 1 to 45. Then select another number, the powerball, from 1 to 20.

To win the jackpot, all 6 numbers must match the winning numbers. There are however winnings for matching some of the numbers, allocated as follows.

The Greek Powerball is ran by OPAP – Greek Organisation of Football Prognostics (Οργανισμός Προγνωστικών Αγώνων Ποδοσφαίρου).

The organization holds the exlusive rights to conduct all numerical lotteries and sports betting games in Greece. Until 2013, it was a state-owned monopoly. It has however since been privatized.

OPAP was established in 1958 under the General Secretariat for Sport. Today it operates over 10 games, with the oldest running continuously since 1959.
